🔁 Returns
We offer a 3-day return period from the date your order is delivered.

The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.

Once approved, our rider will collect the parcel from your address. You don’t have to ship anything yourself.
⚠️ Returns requested after 3 days will not be accepted.
🔄 Exchanges
Need a different size or received the wrong item? We offer a hassle-free exchange process.

Notify us within 3 days of receiving your parcel.

The item must be unused, with original tags and packaging.

Our rider will handle pickup and delivery of the new item.

A flat shipping charge of PKR 200 will be applicable for exchanges.
🕐 Exchanges are processed within 5–7 business days after pickup.
❌ Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

💳 Refunds
Refunds are only issued for damaged or defective items.

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
