Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

At Amadora Elite, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Please read our return and exchange guidelines carefully before placing your order.


🔁 Returns

We offer a 3-day return period from the date your order is delivered.

  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.

  • You must contact us within 3 days of delivery via:

  • Once approved, our rider will collect the parcel from your address. You don’t have to ship anything yourself.

⚠️ Returns requested after 3 days will not be accepted.


🔄 Exchanges

Need a different size or received the wrong item? We offer a hassle-free exchange process.

  • Notify us within 3 days of receiving your parcel.

  • The item must be unused, with original tags and packaging.

  • Our rider will handle pickup and delivery of the new item.

  • A flat shipping charge of PKR 200 will be applicable for exchanges.

🕐 Exchanges are processed within 5–7 business days after pickup.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Worn, used, or washed items

  • Sale/discounted products

  • Custom or limited edition pieces


💳 Refunds

Refunds are only issued for damaged or defective items.

  • Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

  • Provide your order number, description of the issue, and clear photos.

  • If approved, our rider will collect the product.

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

⚠️ Refunds are not issued for size issues or change of mind.
